John and I Cross Paths

So much has happened and so much is about to happen. In Leon and basically all of Spain is on vacation. They take almost the entire month of August off and go to the pueblos. Many cities are deserted and the stores have signs that say, ¨Closed for the month of August¨! It will be interesting to see who we find. The work of the Lord doesn´t stop. I was walking the streets yesterday with my companion. We stoppped at a water fountain. Here in Leon they have water fountains when many other parts just have water spickets. The crazy part is that the water fountains have water that shoots up constantly all day long! Well as we drank so water someone said something to us and as I looked over I saw my friend. It was none other than John from Ireland! He had been in Leon for three days. He remembered our visits from Bilbao. We sat down with him as my companion met him for the first time. John mentioned that God is the same Yesterday, Today, and Forever. So we talked about prophets and how God had called prophets in other times. It nice to talk to him because we all understood that God loves us and will always love us. We asked him if it were possible for God to call another prophet. He said,¨Yes.¨ God is the same Yesterday, Today, and Forever. God loves us and I know this is true. I know that as John continues to learn more about God he will be able to help others come unto Christ. He has talked to many people throughout Europe about the Son of God. Missionaries right now are teaching God´s children what He wants them to know. It is such a blessing for many to hear about God´s Plan in their native tongue. As we surrender ourselves to our God we will begin to notice the peace that will enter. We will be enlightend with understanding. We will know what chocies we will need to make. May we all make chocies that will lead us to that path so we can start making the chocies we will never regret
